Pinnacle U16 Girls loss in Salmon Arm

U16 Girls Suffer Hard Fought loss

The South Okanagan U16 Girls soccer club were denied Sunday and despite playing hard lost 2-4 to the home town Salmon Arm club. Salmon Arm opened the scoring and were up 2-0 until late in the half when Megan Levinsky but Penticton back in it with a solid shot in the box.

Despite close chances in the second half Penticton were unable to score. The Salmon Arm club did not let up and went up 4-1 until Chelsey Beierle scored for Penticton ending it 4-2 for Salmon Arm.
