Knee Injury Prevention Program

Under the direction of  Dr. Cameron Taylor, Grant Giehard P.T, and Mike Yates P.T. (the Dale Charles Sports Clinic) SOYSA has agreed to follow the Prevent injury and Enhance Performance Program (PEPP). This 20 minute warm up routine has been shown to reduce the level of ACL injury significantly.In light of this news, the SOYSA executive has agreed that all district teams will take part in this pilot project.  To see the power point of the presentation made to the district coaches please clicke here.   PEPP Presentation
