SOYSA and the Penticton Soccer Club are bringing in a Men’s Brazilian (Corintians) semi pro soccer team to Penticton, this Saturday, September 20th, 2008.
The Corintians will be hosting a soccer Clinic, free of charge, to any soysa player from 1pm to 2:30pm at Kings Park 3.
Bring your Child out (open to all mini, youth and district players who are dressed in their uniforms), and let them experience the magic of Kicking and passing a ball with a professional soccer team from Brazil.
And as a coach, you may pick up some great soccer coaching tips.
Saturday night, the 20th, 7pm at Kings Park 3, the Corintians will be playing an exhibition game with our District Boys soccer team. Come out and watch some great soccer. There is no admission but there will be a donation can to help us offset costs incurred in bringing this Brazilian team to our fair city.
We are also asking for a minimum of 36 mini players, in full uniform, to arrive at the field at 6:45pm, so that each Mini player can escort each one of the Corintians onto the field. (parade style).
No unfortunately no radio broadcast has been set up for this particular game. However, there is some footage about the game on our web-site already. Thanks for stopping by Herminio.
